Join us today from 4-5:30 PM at the Henry Student Center for a community-based event that serves as a way to build school spirit and show support for our student-athletes as we begin the academic year. A major component will be the official “send off” of our new Wilkes branded Martz buses.
Event Timeline is as follows:
- 4pm – event begins: music, food, games and giveaways
- 5pm – WCLH DJ introduces Wilkes Chorus performance of the Alma Mater, Martz bus trip raffle winners announced, Pep Band and Cheerleaders perform, 2-4 representatives from each team report to HSC 1st floor to be lined up for “Parade of Colonels”
- ~515pm: Parade of Colonels begins (each team is announced, representatives exit SUB and take place by buses for photos), football loads buses and buses depart for Munson with officer escort.
