Information Technology Services is pleased to announce that a new and updated version of the Wilkes Portal will launch for all students, faculty and staff on Friday, Nov. 17.
The new portal features enhancements that improve the user experience, including:
- Simplified navigation
- Optimized mobile-friendly page designs
- Improved content organization
Your login information will remain the same and no action from users is needed.
ZOOM – PORTAL TRAINING OFFICE HOUR
To help with understanding the new portal design, ITS and Web Services will hold an open office hour on Thursday, Nov. 16 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Zoom (invitation below).
Any students, faculty or staff may attend. A recorded video walkthrough will also be provided to the campus community for reference and will be made available on wilkes.edu.
