This February and March, Wilkes undergraduate and pharmacy students will be participating in a student satisfaction survey called the Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI). It is a national survey that Wilkes has used since 1995 to track progress both internally and against other institutions. The SSI provides an opportunity for students to provide feedback about their experience – including what they think is important and how satisfied they are with those items of importance. The survey items provide a barometer of student satisfaction with academic experiences, faculty and staff interactions, campus services, and facilities. Our continued participation in the SSI will provide feedback useful for planning.
Since the survey will be administered online, we are relying on assistance from the campus community to enhance awareness. Please encourage degree-seeking undergraduate and pharmacy students to participate! Participation runs from February 19-March 22. Previous survey results have helped the university identify the need for improvements to food services, campus security, and parking.
If you’d like, you can display the QR code below in class or share it with your students. Students will be prompted to enter their Wilkes email address (including the “@wilkes.edu” portion) as their passcode.
Please contact Julia Panzitta (julia.panzitta@wilkes.edu or ext.3828) in the Office of Institutional Research with questions about the survey.
