Student Government’s annual Big Event will be held on April 13th, 2024. The Big Event is Wilkes University’s largest community service project and is a great way to give back to our local community. Volunteers will be split into groups and assigned a volunteer site within the nearby community for the day, doing various activities that may include gardening, cleaning, painting, packaging, organizing, etc. The day will begin around 8am when all volunteers report to the SUB to check in and receive their supplies and shirts for the day, then with provided transportation will go volunteer at various sites from 9am-12pm, following the Little Event (12-2pm) which is a way for Student Government to thank our volunteers and provide food, sweets, games, drinks and more right on the Greenway!
