The Wilkes UNICEF Club and the Soc/Crim Club will be hosting a Red Sand Project event on April 16th at 11am to raise awareness about human trafficking and modern day slavery. The event includes two speakers and the opportunity to pour red sand in the sidewalk cracks around the John Wilkes Statue to represent those who have “fallen through the cracks.” If you have any questions, please contact Emma Guzdek (emma.guzdek@wilkes.edu).
