PARKING LOT CLOSURES
To accommodate the Harris campaign visit on Friday, Sept. 13, and ensure the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, staff and guests:
The Karambelas Parking Lot and Simms Center Parking Lot will be closed throughout the day on Friday, Sept. 13. Please plan to park in the Henry Student Center Parking Lot or the University Parkade.
The parking lot behind University Towers, currently closed for construction, will remain closed.
Vehicles will not be able to enter or leave the Weckesser Parking Lot between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY FOR SEPT. 13
The City of Wilkes-Barre, in partnership with the U.S. Secret Service, has issued the following all day traffic advisory for Vice President Harris’ visit to Wilkes-Barre on Friday, Sept. 13.:
There will be traffic congestion and sporadic road closures in the downtown area from Academy Street to Market Street and from South River Street to Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
Additionally, there will be sporadic road closures and traffic congestion from North Street to George Avenue and from North River Street to Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
