During the Spring and Summer months, representatives from FAC and USAC met with faculty and staff to discuss how our campus perceives advancement and career development at Wilkes, and to identify areas of opportunity and improvement based on employee feedback. If you were unable to attend a meeting or have additional information you would like to share, please respond to this brief survey by Friday, November 8, 2024. USAC and FAC will work together to create a report based on what we have learned from the meeting discussions and survey responses that will be shared with Human Resources, the Board of Trustees, and the Cabinet.
