First – Retired professor Dr. Redmond is coming to Wilkes Thursday, October 23rd at 7pm to give a talk on Planetary Atmospheres. He is an amazing speaker, so please stop by!
Second – Saturday, November 1st, Join the Wilkes Space and GeoExplorers club for a trip to Worlds End State park in Sullivan County, PA! Tentative plan is to go for a hike, and we will be stargazing after at the High Knob overlook! (Please RSVP by October 16th, so we know how many vehicles to reserve.)
Third – Current GEO professor Dr. Karimi will be giving a talk on the beginnings of the universe on Thursday, November 6th at 7pm. He is *also* an amazing lecturer, so don’t miss out!
