South Franklin Street between West Northampton Street and West Market Street will be closed on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 7 a.m. until work is complete.
The block will be open to local traffic only (Boscov’s and parkades). Flaggers will be in place to direct traffic.
Meters will be bagged on Monday, Oct. 27 and NO vehicles will be allowed to park in this block. Vehicles will be towed at 7 a.m.
