Hello,
I wanted to make you aware of the upcoming opportunities for residency positions at WVU Medicine. WVU Medicine – WVU Hospitals, also known as the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, is located in Morgantown and is the flagship academic medical center of WVU Health System. In addition to J.W. Ruby, there are rotational experiences available at WVU Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center, WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, WVU Heart and Vascular Institute, and WVU Children’s Hospital located on our campus. We also offer a variety of outpatient learning experiences in our primary care and specialty ambulatory care clinics. Our partnership with the WVU School of Pharmacy allows our residents to have precepting experiences, as well as the opportunity to complete a teaching certificate program.
Here is a link to the WVU Pharmacy Residency Program website. I encourage students to check out our program on Instagram (@WVUHPharmRes), and Facebook (West Virginia University Hospitals Pharmacy Residency Program). If you have any questions about our programs or showcase sign-ups, please contact the PGY1 Residency Program Director, Matthew Whiteman, at matthew.whiteman@wvumedicine.org.
Thank you!
