Hello potential candidates,

I would like to invite you to the virtual Milton S. Hershey Medical Center Pharmacy Residency Open House being held on December 16th, 2025 from 3-5 PM EST. During this session, we will review what our residency programs have to offer as well as have our current residency program directors, preceptors, and residents available to answer any questions you have. This will be one of the last opportunities to speak with us before applications are due and interviews commence.

Pharmacy residents in our programs (6 PGY1 pharmacy residents, 2 PGY2 critical care residents, 1 PGY2 oncology resident, 1 PGY2 pediatrics resident) are immersed in patient care pharmacotherapy opportunities consisting of several different practice areas in one location. Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center (PSHMC) is a large, tertiary care acute teaching hospital. PSHMC consists of a level 1 trauma center in which the emergency department provides services for greater than 75,000 visits and 30,000 patients are admitted to the hospital each year. Penn State Children’s Hospital features the region’s highest level neonatal and pediatric intensive care units. Additionally, Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute promotes multidisciplinary approaches to cancer care.

If you are available to attend, please utilize the Google Form below to RSVP by no later than December 15th. Participants are able to come and go as they please at any time during the 2-hour slot.
