A reminder to all cardholders that your November 2025 p-card statements and receipts are due to Business Operations by Friday, December 19th. Statements should include all detailed receipts, and signatures of both cardholder and budget manager/next level supervisor. Please visit the Business Operations Forms Depot page on the portal for missing receipt or non-conforming charge forms. Statements not received in office by Friday, December 19th will be considered late and may be subject to card suspension.
