Launch Announcement: Communications & Event Request Form

Hello Everyone! The Office of Undergraduate Admission is launching the Communications/Event Creation Request Form

  • To expedite and simplify the Ad hoc, event and event-related communication requests, we have created a standardized submission form for faculty and staff. This process allows the Admissions team to provide streamlined support and enables you to track the progress of your event and communication requests.
    • If you need an event set up in Slate (registration form, landing page, etc.) please fill out this form at least 2-3 prior to the launch of the registration
    • If you need a one-off communication sent out to prospective students, please fill out this form at least 1 week prior to the launch date of your message.
