Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for a Custodial, Grounds, & Logistics Manager in the Custodial & Grounds department. This position oversees custodial, grounds, logistics, and event support operations across the University.
The successful candidate will be responsible for directing custodial and grounds operations, overseeing event support and moving services, coordinating major event setups and relocations, managing space requests and records, supervising and developing staff, overseeing budgets and purchasing, tracking sustainability initiatives, and supporting capital and small project management efforts. A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, planning, communication, and facilities management skills, along with prior supervisory experience in maintenance or customer service-related operations.
