Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for an Undergraduate Advising and Program Coordinator in the Office of Academic Success. This position supports student success through first-year academic advising, first-generation student programming, transfer orientation, undeclared advising, and other Office of Academic Success initiatives.
The successful candidate will advise first-year students on goals, curriculum, course load, scheduling, registration, majors, academic success, and university policies, while also helping coordinate programming and advising activities that support continuous improvement. A master’s degree is required, and the ideal candidate will have at least three years of counseling and/or teaching experience in an educational setting, preferably at the post-secondary level.
