Deadline to register a Summer Internship for credit is Monday, June 8th!
Breakdown of what needs to be completed for the internship registration:
- Data & Learning Objectives Form – completed by you and your internship supervisor at your internship site
- Academic Agreement Form – completed by your faculty coordinator (dependent on major, not always the same as your faculty advisor)
- Internship Agreement Form – completed by you
You will need to upload all 3 of these forms, completed, separately, to the Etrieve submission. You can find the forms here.
Internships can only be registered electronically via this Etrieve process.
