For dependent undergraduate students whose parent(s) are employed at another college/university and are looking to apply for an exchange scholarship:
Beginning with the 2027-2028 academic year, the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) will transition its scholarship application process to The Tuition Exchange platform. As a result, scholarship processing for both programs will be managed through a single, user-friendly portal.
All new and renewal applicants must create a TE account and submit the 2027–28 TE-EZ Application for the 2027-2028 cycle at tuitionexchange.org.
