Doctorate of Education (EdD.) Dissertation Defense
The Dean of the College of Health & Education and Chair of the Doctoral Department announce the defense of the dissertation entitled Exploring Administrators’ Perspectives on Teacher Retention Through the Lens of Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory by doctoral candidate Heather Lee Rhodes. The presentation portion of the defense will be open to observers and students from the College of Health & Education, University faculty, and those invited by the candidate. It will be held remotely on Friday, July 31st at 1:30 p.m. (EST).
