The deadline to register a Fall semester Internship for credit is Monday, September 7th! Breakdown of what needs to be completed for the internship registration: 1. Data & Learning Objectives Form – completed by you and your internship supervisor at your internship site 2. Academic Agreement Form – completed by your faculty coordinator (dependent on major, not always the same as your faculty advisor) 3. Internship Agreement Form – completed by you You will need to upload all 3 of these forms, completed, separately, to the Etrieve submission. You can find the forms here.
