NJPhA is holding our 156th Annual Meeting and Convention at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City on October 24th and 25th. On Saturday, October 24th, we will have a full day of programming for students. We have worked hard to develop a wonderful schedule of events, and we hope Wilkes students will join us!
The morning session will consist of educational and networking opportunities, presentations on financial concerns for young pharmacists, and a presentation by Rutgers Industry Fellows. During the lunch break, students are encouraged to present their research via a poster session. This research will also be published in the next NJPhA Journal! This offers students a valuable opportunity to be published! After lunch the students will join the pharmacists to hear a wonderful keynote speaker, Nimit Jindal, Senior Health Policy Advisor, U.S. Senate- HELP Committee, and a panel on legislative issues in the pharmacy industry. The final event of the day is the Student Challenge: 2026 NASPA Student Pharmacist Self-Care Championship where teams from each of the schools of pharmacy compete for bragging rights and the champion’s title!
I am happy to answer any questions that you may have. The cost for students to attend is $75 for NJPhA Members and $85 for Non-NJPhA members. The extra $10 grants the students a year of NJPhA Membership. Please submit your poster entries soon!
