Student Domestic Travel Policy

The Student Domestic Travel Policy applies to  all undergraduate student domestic travel to events or activities that:

1. Are beyond 50 miles of Wilkes University’s campus
2. Include an overnight stay.
3. Are organized, sponsored, or subsidized in any part by a University club, organization, academic program, department, or staff and faculty members working in their official University capacities.

Club leaders are asked to submit a student domestic travel form for all activities that meet that abovementioned criteria. The full policy, travel form, and waiver can be accessed online at:
