Join the Sordoni Art Gallery at 4 p.m. today, June 17, for the Art of Ohm with Hatha Yoga instructor Catherine Schaeffer MFA!
Scheffer will guide a one-hour session inspired by Ray Klimek’s Carbon. She specializes in somatic-based yoga forms and currently teaches at Mount Yoga LLC, Eastwest Somatics Institute and Wilkes University.
