Join the Sordoni Art Gallery at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, for the Art of Ohm.
Hatha Yoga instructor Catherine Schaeffer, MFA, will guide a free one-hour session inspired by Ray Klimek’s Carbon. She specializes in somatic-based yoga forms and currently teaches at Mount Yoga LLC, Eastwest Somatics Institute and Wilkes University.
The Art of Ohm will also host sessions at 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, and Thursday, July 15.
