Wilkes University will commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks with a ceremony at noon on Friday, Sept. 10.
Members of the campus community are invited to gather at the flag poles at Veterans Memorial Court for a brief ceremony.
In addition, the Burns Alumni Bell Tower will sound four times throughout the morning, marking the moments when planes crashed into each of the World Trade Center towers, the attack on the Pentagon and the crash of Flight 93.
