Hey all,
We are looking for faculty to nominate students for the 2021-2022 Excellence in Public Health Pharmacy Award.
Please find the attached nomination package materials that include the PharmPAC Chair student award letter, award information sheet, and award application form. These materials will also be available on the Student Awards website. It is important to note that only one pharmacy student from each pharmacy school can be nominated and nominations will not be accepted if the work is part of the student’s required curriculum. In addition, the nomination narrative needs to follow the required format described on page 3 of the award application document.
The top ten national award recipients will be recognized on the Student Awards website.
The deadline for nominations: Tuesday, December 14th, 2021.
Please send your nomination to Justin Collins at justin.collins@wilkes.edu as he and the scholarship selection committee will review and vote upon nominations from Wilkes to then nominate nationally.
