Associate Professor Lori Cooper and Assistant Professor Ty Frederickson are conducting a qualitative case study focusing on the experiences of undergraduate students who have transitioned to online learning as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic.
The researchers’ overall goal is not to evaluate faculty practice but to understand how your motivation levels were affected by faculty engagement in the transition from a traditional to an online learning environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are also interested in talking with those students who may not have made the transition from a traditional face-to-face setting but have only been taking online classes during the pandemic.
Interviews will last approximately thirty minutes and be audio recorded. All identifying information, such as your name, course titles and instructor names will be removed to protect anonymity.
