Sordoni Art Gallery to Host an Evening of Cocktails and Culture

The Diamond City Partnership (DCP), Wilkes-Barre’s nonprofit downtown management organization, will be hosting “Cocktails & Culture” at the Sordoni Art Gallery from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, in the heart of downtown Wilkes-Barre’s Art, Culture, Dining and Entertainment District.

Guests will enjoy Southern-inspired appetizers and cocktails, live music by John Shemo, and a tour of the latest exhibit, Juan Logan’s  “Creating & Collecting,” by Heather Sincavage, gallery director, at 6 p.m.

The entire community is invited to enjoy this special night of art, food and culture. Tickets are $25.00 and can be purchased at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/229033093147, Downtown Wilkes-Barre’s Facebook page under “events,” and through the Sordoni Art Gallery website.

“Cocktails & Culture” is part of DCP’s larger “Destination Downtown” initiative to bring events, life and vibrancy to the center city and support our small businesses, dining, arts and entertainment venues,” said Susan Magnotta, director of marketing and development at DCP.
