The APhA Institute on Substance Use Disorders will resume a live conference this summer. The conference will be held June 1-5 at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. This conference provides insight on the nature of addiction, its impact on people, and its treatment. Previous students who have attended this conference often describe it is “powerful,” “impactful,” “eye opening,” and “life changing.” It truly is one of the most amazing conferences out there, and if you have an interest in or would like to better understand substance use disorders please consider attending. While anyone can attend the conference, it is suggested that current P1’s and P2’s register as to not cause issues with scheduling block one APPE’s with current P3’s.
