The dean of the School of Education and chair of the Doctoral Department announce the defense of the dissertation titled “Building Language Proficiency: The Influence of PBL on Literacy Skills for Urban Middle School English Language Learners” by doctoral candidate Joy Mushacke Carey.
The presentation portion of the defense will be open to observers and students from the School of Education, University faculty and those invited by the candidate. It will be held remotely at 11 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, April 6.
