Sponsored by Wilkes University Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)

Each student feels the pressure to perform at a high level. Whether it is on a test, in an athletic event or even at work, it is possible that students may suffer from anxiety in these situations. Students with low levels of test anxiety achieve higher scores on multiple choice exams than those with high anxiety levels. Dr. Megan Cannon has worked with many students all over the country and has even appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter. She will offer guidance on how to overcome test/performance anxiety so that Wilkes students can perform at the highest level possible.
