The trio’s project, “Friend or Foe? Contactless Service Impact on Hotel Employees’ Attitudes and Behaviors” was honored at the 2022 Tourism, Hospitality and Event Conference for Researchers, Educators, Practitioners and Students (THEREPS) held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 15-16. The conference is sponsored by the Korea-America Hospitality & Tourism Educators Association (KAHTEA).
Lee was also recognized with the award for Excellence in Undergraduate Research Mentoring at the 2022 THEREPS conference.
