Senior Picnic | Monday, May 16

The annual picnic for graduating seniors will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Fenner Quadrangle. The picnic will be held rain or shine.

Champagne Brunch for Seniors and Faculty | Wednesday, May 18

The annual champagne brunch for graduates and the faculty will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on the Fenner Quadrangle. The inclement weather location will the Henry Student Center Ballroom.

Nursing Pinning Ceremony | Friday, May 20

The Nursing Pinning Ceremony will be held at noon at the Dorothy Dickson Darte Center for the Performing Arts.

Sidhu School Pre-Commencement Ceremony | Friday, May 20

The Sidhu Pre-Commencement Ceremony will be held at the Henry Student Center Ballroom from noon until 1:30 p.m.

Academic Awards Ceremony | Friday, May 20

Our annual academic awards ceremony will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Darling Theater at the Dorothy Dickson Darte Center for the Performing Arts.

President’s Reception for Graduates and Families | Friday, May 20

The President’s Reception will be held on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Weckesser Hall.

Pharmacy Professional Hooding Ceremony | Friday, May 20

The Pharmacy Hooding Ceremony will be held at the McHale Athletic Center at the Simms Center on Main at 7 PM.

75th Annual Spring Commencement | Saturday, May 21

The graduate/professional ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. The bachelors ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. Faculty may participate in one or both of the ceremonies.

Faculty participating in the graduate ceremony (10 a.m.) should arrive at the Karambelas Media Center by 9:15 a.m. to prepare for Commencement. The faculty will robe and form the line of march in the lobby of the Sordoni Art Gallery. A reception will follow the ceremony.

Faculty participating in the afternoon ceremony (3 p.m.) should arrive at the Karambelas Media Center by 2:15 p.m. to prepare for Commencement. The faculty will robe and form the line of march in the lobby of the Sordoni Art Gallery. A reception will follow the ceremony at the Henry Student Center.

If you ordered a cap and gown, you are able to pick it up from the Office of Student Affairs in Passan Hall. Any gowns not picked up by Friday at noon will be taken to the Karambelas Media Center on Saturday morning. You are reminded that there will be no place to store valuables during the ceremony.

Rented gowns can be deposited in the boxes provided in the lobby of the Sordoni Art Gallery after the ceremony. Otherwise, gowns need to be returned to Student Affairs by the end of the day on Wednesday, May 25.

AFROTC Commissioning | Saturday, May 21

AFROTC will hold its commissioning ceremony at the McHale Athletic Center at the Simms Center on Main at 7 p.m.
