Wilkes IT to Update Portal

The portal is the hub for employee and student resources, including forms, class registration tools and access to grades and transcripts.

A new portal designed to enhance the user experience will go live this fall. The new portal features an enhanced look and feel, easy navigation and the ability to seamlessly complete their tasks and find available resources.  

As part of this rollout, Wilkes will also introduce a new two-factor authentication process with identity verification via text message (SMS). This provides an enhanced layer of security when utilizing the portal off campus and from outside of the Wilkes network. As a result, users will be asked to re-register account security questions and contact information starting in July. This new SMS feature will be the primary method of multifactor authentication when logging into the Wilkes portal. Security questions will remain as a secondary option.
