Wilkes University is proud to announce that, beginning at 6 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, we will officially be LIVE with our expanded IT Help Desk.
We will now be offering 24/7 assistance for students, faculty and staff. Through the help of our partner, BlackBeltHelp, the leading provider of comprehensive IT Help Desk and OneStop solutions, we are now available whenever you need us 24 hours a day EVERY DAY.
Wilkes ITS personnel will continue to maintain the help desk from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours and on holidays and weekends, BlackBeltHelp representatives will address any technology-related questions or needs.
Located on the first floor of the Farley Library, the Help Desk (570-408-HELP) is also open during Wilkes business hours for walk-in support.
