Please consider joining Dr. Stratford this Saturday at the Wilkes Ecology Preserve from 10AM-12PM for bird catching! The birds will be caught in mist nets and be examined for his research projects before being released. All who are interested in joining in on the fun should meet Dr. Stratford in the rear of the Beaumont Methodist Church in Buck Township. It is a roughly 30 minute drive from Wilkes, so plan accordingly. You are also asked to dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes for rough and potentially muddy terrain.
