The Wilkes-Barre Health Department will offer a COVID-19 booster clinic in the McHale Athletic Center from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18. Appointments are available for Wilkes students, faculty and staff. The latest bivalent Moderna booster shot will be offered during the clinic.

Bring your vaccination card, photo ID and a completed copy of the attached form.
You are considered qualified for a booster dose if you are over 18 years of age and have completed your primary vaccination series or received a booster dose at least two months ago. As a reminder, individuals may receive any approved COVID-19 vaccine as their booster dose. It does not need to be the same vaccine manufacturer administered as part of your primary series.
