SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA
• Completed at least one academic year in the professional sequence
of courses
• Earned a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent grading system) in
professional coursework during pharmacy school
• Be an active member in the APhA Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP)
• Submit an essay of up to 500 words describing how your leadership and professional experiences enhance
and align with the USPHS core values of service to the underserved, integrity, leadership, and academics
Preference given to those
• Indicating further USPHS service, including a USPHS residency program
• Completion of a COSTEP program or equivalent clerkship experience at a USPHS facility
• Child of a USPHS pharmacist

The George F. Archambault Scholarship is presented annually to one (1) recipient
with a scholarship of $1,500.
