On Sunday, March 26 at 1:00 pm, the Wilkes University Jazz Ensemble, directed by Dr. Phil Simon, will play for the Luzerne County and Beyond’s Got Talent Competition at the F.M. Kirby Center. Featured performers with the band include Chris Bohinski of WBRE’s Pa live, pianist Marshall Kornblatt and drummer, Pat Marcinko. The Marshall Kornblatt Trio will serve as the house band, and the Wilkes Jazz Ensemble will play between acts and while the judges are tabulating their scores.
