Led by Bridget Giunta, this fun, all-level dance-inspired workout includes cardio and stretching. No experience necessary, just wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Attend one or more sessions! Wednesdays in April at 12 noon – 12:45 p.m. in DDD, Room 2
Jill Price from Student Development will lead yoga sessions in April. These yoga classes are for all levels and everyone is welcome! Yoga can provide both physical and mental health benefits. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. All sessions will be in the Savitz Lounge in the Henry Student Center and will be 45 minutes. Session dates and times:
