For those who could not attend the 2023 Summer Hours information sessions, the presentation has been posted on the portal under the “Employee Resources” tab.
TimeTrak supervisors are especially encouraged to review the presentation to be sure they are informed on how to record summer flextime for hourly employees electing Option A. Supervisors should return their list of non-exempt/hourly employees’ summer hour choices to HR/Payroll no later than end of business on Wednesday, May 10 to ensure the correct TimeTrak set up prior to the start of the summer hours period.
Supervisors of exempt/salary employees are not required to report their summer hour choices to HR/Payroll, and summer flextime usage does not need to be reported on salary attendance sheets for exempt employees who choose option A. Supervisors should work with employees to confirm their choice (option A or B) and to track the usage of summer flextime.
