Members of the campus community are invited to the dedication of the Jean and Paul Adams Commons this Friday, June 2nd, at 12 noon in the former Henry Student Center Ballroom. Jean and Paul will be honored for their 43 years of service to the university.
Since the opening of the student center in 1999, the ballroom has been one of the most popular and community-oriented gathering spaces on campus, serving as the venue for traditional Wilkes events including Casino Night, the Multi Coalition talent show, Homecoming events, and countless student activities. It is fitting that this space, at the heart of our campus, will be known as the Jean and Paul Adams Commons, in grateful recognition of the couple’s unwavering support of Wilkes.
The ceremony and reception that follows is open to all members of the campus community, trustees, alumni and invited guests. Parking is available in the lot behind the student center and refreshments will be available.
