As we approach the start of the fall semester, Student Development would like the campus community to be aware of some procedure and name changes to the rooms and areas within the Henry Student Center.
When looking to reserve a room, the first floor lounge, or a table on the concourse, please refer to this link on our website where you will be provided with a step-by-step ‘how-to’ on reserving a space and also be able to view availability. The only room that is not able to be reserved by Student Development is the Savitz Lounge. Erica Acosta is the point of contact to reserve this space.
In addition, what was formerly the Ballroom is now the Jean and Paul Adams Commons, JPAC for short. The email associated with the JPAC to create a Google Calendar appointment is jpac@wilkes.edu.
