The TAP project work resulting in the recent closure of South Franklin Street between Ross and South Streets has been completed.
South Franklin Street has reopened and parking/building access in affected areas has returned to normal.
Street trees will be planted in late October.
Please continue to exercise caution as the contractor clears the area.
