This six-week, virtual course consists of online modules that provide current college students who are aspiring leaders with an innovative and flexible online learning experience. Participants improve their personal and professional development skills while building a solid resume and honing leadership, interview, and career readiness skills. Topics may include the power of personality, managing differences, emotional intelligence, personal brand development, authentic leadership communication, conflict management, and resolution, decision-making, and writing emails for impact and influence. Participants work on weekly course content at their own pace and Zoom once a week as a class. In addition, the opportunity to connect with students from all over the state and build connections via a private LinkedIn group is plentiful.
