Work Study Tutoring Opportunities – Upward Bound

Any full-time student eligible for a Federal Work Study position, and is looking to boost their resume, the Upward Bound department in Conyngham Hall, next to Evans, is seeking tutors for the fall semester!

Fall Semester: September 11th – December 7th.
This position is a “Choose Your Own Availability” from Monday – Thursday, 3pm-6pm

Upward Bound is a federally funded program that aims to help disadvantaged high school students to prepare for and succeed in post-secondary education by bridging the educational gap to provide opportunities for students to achieve their educational and career goals. The purpose of an Upward Bound tutor is to provide academic supportguidance, and mentorship to students who may face barriers in there high school courses, and overall  student achievement.
