This past summer, the Office of Academic Success, in partnership with Institutional Research, administered a survey to first year students, the College Student Inventory (CSI). The CSI is a Rufalo Noel Levitz survey to identify at-risk students, focus advisors on key concerns, and link students to resources. The information provided by this survey will help faculty and staff to provide early intervention to students and make retention strategies be more effective and intentional to meet students’ needs at Wilkes.
In order to provide advisors of first year students with further information on the CSI and how this student data may be used, staff members from the Office of Academic Success and Institutional Research will be holding a workshop on Tuesday, September 26th at 11:15am in Farley Library, Room 002. While student information from the CSI will be provided to all advisors of first year students, all academic advisors are welcome to attend the workshop to learn more. We hope to see you there!
