Online Buddhist Meditation Starts Tomorrow

Online sessions of Buddhist meditation will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, October 17th at 5:00 p.m. (In-person sessions will begin next week on the 24th.)  The session lasts roughly 45 minutes and includes a short discussion of Buddhist practices followed by sitting meditation and then some walking meditation.  If you can’t make it tomorrow, feel free to join us later in the semester.  Everyone is welcome; no experience is necessary.  For more information (and a link for the online sessions), contact Dr. Linda Paul at
