Online Buddhist Meditation at 5:00 p.m. today

There is a session of online Buddhist meditation today, Tuesday, October 31st at 5:00 p.m.  The session lasts roughly 45 minutes and includes a short discussion of Buddhist practices followed by sitting meditation and then some walking meditation.  If you can’t make it today, feel free to join us later in the semester.  Everyone is welcome; no experience is necessary.  For more information (and a link for the online sessions), contact Dr. Linda Paul at
