Information Technology Services is pleased to announce that an updated version of the Wilkes Portal will launch for all students, faculty and staff on Friday, Nov. 17
The new portal features enhancements that improve the user experience, including:
- Simplified navigation
- Optimized mobile-friendly page designs
- Improved content organization
Your login information will remain the same and no action from users is needed.
PORTAL INFORMATION OFFICE HOURS
To help with understanding the new portal design, ITS and Marketing Communications will hold open office hours on the following days/times:
- Monday, Nov. 13 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in BREIS 208 (in-person)
- Wednesday, Nov. 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in BREIS 108 (in-person)
- Thursday, Nov. 16 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. (Zoom)
Any student, faculty or staff may attend. A recorded video tutorial will be made available on wilkes.edu.
