Timetrak has scheduled a system upgrade for this Thursday, December 7 beginning at approximately 9:30 a.m.  This upgrade will be between 2 and 4 hours and will render the employee portal, supervisor portal, and time clocks inaccessible for the duration of the upgrade procedure.  We are confident this upgrade will remedy synchronization issues that have been occurring as of late.

Please communicate this information to hourly employees using Timetrak that report to you.  It is important for supervisors to manually track any punches (in or out) during time of the upgrade.  Punches not recorded during this upgrade should be entered manually once the system is back up and running.
